Project Description:
Delivering a CPD & Advisory style change programme aimed at improving the pedagogical, care and management aspects across the pre-school and primary education landscape.
Project Objectives:
Through our 12 strong team of Advisory Teachers & Leadership, working closely with the SEC’s CPD Office, CSO (Curriculum Standards Office), and SSO (School Support Office) to deliver incremental change to educators (Teachers & Teacher Assistants) adapting the new professional standards key to the success of the Qatari Education reform.
Key Deliverables:
CPD material, CPD sessions, Practical Modeling Workshops, Field Support / Advisory, SIPs (School Improvement Plan), Evaluation (Rubrics) & Assessment, Programme Quality Assurance, and development of the competency centre.
Impact / Value Achieved:
Improved the learning environment, delivery methods, evaluation & assessment, autonomy, best practices and resources library.
Project Description:
Deliver leadership CPD & Support to school’s Principals and Vice Principals aimed at improving management and leadership practices in line with the reform ethos.
Project Objectives:
Further develop school management human capital and methods to effect true school improvement in various performance areas. Develop school strategy, Evaluate and Assess performance aspects, create School Improvement Plan, Learn how to analyse performance data and reveal hidden facts. Understand and manage stakeholders. Striking the delicate balance between state, district and school goals. Manage teacher and staff career aspiration and progress.
Key Deliverables:
CPD, Practical workshops, evaluation tools and methods.
Impact / Value Achieved:
Equipped and further developed School leaders with the knowledge, tools, and skills necessary to play their crucial role in supporting the national education reform.
Project Description:
Deliver waives of CPD and advisory sessions aimed at classroom teachers, teacher assistants and SENCOs
Project Objectives:
Support the development of inclusive practice in Qatari schools where children with SEN are integrated within the mainstream education while special measures are taken to cater for their individual needs.
Key Deliverables:
CPD sessions, Practical Workshop, Field Advisory Visits, Evaluation Toolkits and Materials (planning tools, implementation methodologies).
Impact / Value Achieved:
Equipped educators with the necessary knowledge and skills to deal with SEN children. Changed the culture of inclusivity and approach of dealing with SEN children in the schools. Helped with the development of the SEN policies, procedures, and the competency centre.
Project Description:
Monitor and Evaluate the adoption of the 1:1 devices project called “eSchool Bag” & Millennium programmes across pilot schools in MENA region.
Project Objectives:
To monitor, assess and evaluate the change efforts (CPD, workshops) for the educators and students to adapt the 1:1 solution in the pilot schools.
Key Deliverables:
Research papers, presentations, reporting, recommendations, advice and guidance.
Impact / Value Achieved:
Alerted the sponsors and clients on the challenges and opportunities of the project tasks and approach consequences suggesting remedial actions and corrective measures.
Project Description:
Conduct comparative analysis research across the MEA region sampling Egypt, Jordan, KSA, and Qatar on the implementation approach and adoption effectiveness of E-Learning in school age.
Project Objectives:
Provide an insight into each country’s approach and result in the use and implementation of E-Learning including rating each on a maturity scale. Produce collective comparison across the sampled counties and provide recommendations.
Key Deliverables:
Four research papers for each country, Research main paper, Comparative analysis & maturity scale paper, Research abstract presentation.
Impact / Value Achieved:
The research discovered crucial facts that the client’s decision makers may use to enhance the E-Learning / ICT and Pedagogy integration given the specific attributes and traits of the MENA region. The client used the research to craft their strategic landscape in the MENA region.
